Join us for an intimate evening exploring the dynamic side of Rioja, guided by special guest Rolf Yslas of Vinos Libres. With a focus on small producers and expressive, terroir-driven wines, Rolf brings a fresh perspective to this historic region.

The evening opens with the bright, textured Cuzcurrita White Rioja and the playful lift of Sumarroca 2CV. From there, we move into layered reds—Chatxo Rioja and Cuzcurrita—showcasing both structure and elegance, followed by the thoughtful, modern edge of Ad Libitum.

We’ll close with Peña el Gato Centenaria Garnacha, sourced from old vines and offering depth, energy, and a lasting finish.

Each course is paired by Chef Pedro of Saberico to highlight the wines’ balance of freshness and depth—an exploration of Rioja that feels both rooted and refreshingly new.
