We’ll walk through foundational knife skills—think slicing, dicing, chopping, and proper knife handling—focusing on techniques you can use every day in your own kitchen.

Once the skills are in hand, We will put them to work by creating a vibrant, well-balanced tinned fish salad. Along the way, Chef Pedro will enlighten on how different tinned fish, textures, and ingredients come together, proving that what’s in the tin can be both practical and crave-worthy. The goal isn’t just one recipe, but learning adaptable techniques and flavor combinations you can apply again and again.
