Our tasting takes us this week to Catalonia, Spain. This state is home to the city of Barcelona and 9 viticultural regions. The Catalan people have a rich history of wine making that dates over 3000 years and the diverse climate and geology brings out varied styles of wine. This week we take a trip to 3 of those regions with a crisp sparkling, a spring time white and a full bodied red.
