Weekend Tasting: No Water No Problem

Water covers over 70% of the planet, mostly in the frozen form, which leaves a small fraction to freshwater and groundwater. Generally, freshwater is used for irrigation in agriculture but for many parts of the world the substance is scarce. Many producers are forced to dry-farm their vineyards because there is simply no water available. Join us as we travel to these lands of barren terroir.
